Availability

If available goods will be dispatched on the day of finalising your order. Occasionally we temporarily run out of stock in popular items and sizes. If this is the case we will contact you and tell you when the item will be available. You will then have the option of placing the item on back order to be sent as soon as it arrives.

At oooh Baby Sportswear we are proud to offer the highest quality garments at  reasonable prices. We are committed to making sure you are totally satisfied with our garments and our service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your choice of colour, style, size etc we will be happy to either replace the item or refund your money.

Easy Exchange

Should you wish to exchange an item, please return the garment along with the proof of purchase, within 7 days (14 days for International customers). The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and must have all tags attached. Upon receipt we will process your reorder within 24 hours.

Easy Refund

Should you prefer to have a refund, please return the garment and proof of purchase, within 7 days (14 days for International customers). The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and must have all tags attached. Upon receipt we will re-credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery charges (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered).
We regret we can not offer refunds on sale items.
